Is the free plan really free?
The free plan is free forever with basic image and PDF processing, subject to daily usage limits.
Are my uploaded files secure?
All transfers use TLS encryption. Files are automatically deleted after processing and are never stored permanently.
If I buy the same one-time plan again, do the days stack?
Yes. Repurchasing the same one-time plan extends your membership by 30 days from the current expiry. Remaining days are never wasted.
How do upgrades and repurchases work?
Repurchasing the same one-time plan extends your membership by 30 days from expiry. Upgrading (e.g., Pro to Unlimited) resets to 30 days with your remaining value automatically deducted. Subscription upgrades are handled by PayPal with only the price difference charged.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Downgrades are not supported within the same type (one-time or subscription). You can switch between one-time and subscription, or wait for the current plan to expire.
Can I switch between one-time and subscription plans?
One-time and subscription plans are separate tracks. You cannot directly convert between them. Wait for your current plan to expire, then purchase the desired plan type.
How many files can I process each day?
Guest: 5/day, Free: 10/day, Pro: 50/day, Unlimited: 500/day.
Is there a file size limit?
Guests: 10MB max per file. Free/Pro/Unlimited members: 100MB max per file.
What can guests do without registration?
Guests can use all image and PDF tools with 5 daily processing limits and 15 daily uploads. Register a free account for more quota.
